Artists' Discussion
In 2011 Theatre Writing Partnership asked the question “How can we continue to nurture new work for theatre in the East Midlands ?” - since 2015 FONT has been trying to ask this same question again with the focus on Notts and broadening our definition to encompass all forms of live performance (theatre, dance, performance poetry and spoken word, live art and everything in between).
Anyone who is involved in performance making in any capacity should email us using the contact form with ideas for what we can do to support work being made by theatre artists. We want the community to come together to work out what could be improved and how, the things that we are passionate about and the things we wish were different. This will all be formulated into a plan of how we can work together to support theatre artists in Nottingham and starting creative conversations around space, skills, scratches and shows.
